Is the product not at all what you expected, or did you accidentally order the wrong product? In many cases, returns are then possible. Read below all the information and conditions that the return must meet.

Arrange it yourself via the MyParcel Portal

Reimbursement of shipping costs:

  • Shipping costs on invoice will be reimbursed when returning the entire order. **
  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed for partial returns.
  • All costs incurred will be reimbursed if we have made a mistake.

** Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods such as PayPal or credit card are not reimbursed

Return conditions

  • Products may not be used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging.
  • It is possible to register a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • After approval of an employee, the package can be returned.
  • The package must be returned to our company within 14 days after approval.


- Product is reasonable and complete in original packaging and condition.
- Packaging is still neat as far as possible.
- Product is securely packed in a box.

Return handling:

  • Your return will be processed within 14 days after registration.
  • We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
  • You will receive your money back within 2 working days after processing.

- We are not responsible for returns until receipt at our warehouse.
