We do everything we can to make ordering and shipping as easy and smooth as possible. We are therefore affiliated with various external parties that, among other things, take care of payments and shipments safely and reliably. We work with Mollie for payments. One of the largest payment providers in Europe. We work with Myparcel, a subsidiary of PostNL, for shipments.

As soon as we have received your order and payment, your order will be processed immediately by one of our employees. We always try to keep you as informed as possible until you receive the package.

Delivery times:
We have a large portion of heated clothing in stock as standard. The delivery time of an in-stock product is 1-2 working days. If a product is not in stock, there is normally a delivery time of 2-5 working days. We are then dependent on the manufacturer's stocks.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive an email with a Track&Trace so you can follow the shipped package.

Postage costs:
If you order an exhaust, you will almost never pay shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping is free in the Netherlands from €99. If you order an item that is priced lower, we will charge a small fee for shipping, processing and packaging of the order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Free shipping applies to Belgian customers from €199. For other countries in the EU we have adjusted rates that are automatically calculated when ordering.
